Is God's will and God's Plan the same?
God Will: intentions He has for man
God's plan: things He set in place to achieve.
GOD'S PLAN FOR HUMANITY (John 3:16-17)
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believer in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world but to save it.
God paid dearly with the life of His son, the highest price He could pay
Jesus accepts our punishment; He paid the price for our sin.
And offered us His life He had bought for us (eternal life).
True love is what made God do what He did; giving His son to die in our place.
When we believe then we will have eternal life.
It is trusting God words as reliable
And relying on Him for the power of change.
If you have never trusted Christ, let this promise of everlasting life be your just believe in Christ.
God's plan of salvation is to redeem people for Himself: (it means you have been sold to (sin, death and Satan) but been bought back from that place we were sold)
To worship Him
And glorify Him through faith and obedience
He is saving people through the atonement of Jesus Christ.
When we put our faith in Him, we are adopted in to God's family and take part in God's plan of salvation.
John 1:11-13 all who receive and believe Him
He gave right to become God's children
Children not born of natural descend but God. (This means not the conception of 9momths but spiritual rebirth.)
To understand the level of God’s sacrifice for humanity (How big and how small)
To appreciate God’s effort for man to end successful. (Will and Plan He had).
To encourage man to the narrow way that lead to eternal life.
It has principles
The way of obedience, living the Christian life.
INTRODUCTION
God divine plan and purpose for humanity had been revealed In most unexpected verses in the bible (what are some of the unexpected verses?)
Genesis 3:15 - Enmity between the seed of woman and Satan between the offspring the woman and that of Satan He will crush the head and Satan will strike the heel.
Strike the heel - refers to repeated attempt to defect Christ on this earth.
Crush the head - it foreshadows Satan defeat when He rose from death (A.W iozer) God was already revealing His plans to defeat Satan and offer salvation offering Jesus Christ for the purchase.
Luke 1:26 - The unexpected visit of Angel Gabriel to Mary (virgin) He appeared to virgin Mary, to bring the message of God's plan for the world.
God used many to start activating the plans He had for mankind.
Let us not limit God's choice, He can use you, me & anybody, if we trust Him
In the beginning God created man physical and mortal
His plan was for man to be transformed in to spiritual/immortal man at the end. (In His image and likeness)
The plan was disrupted by man's fall but Christ fulfills God's plans for humanity
The death of Jesus shows the step God took to secure our salvation
In the appropriate time, God made His plans revealed through Christ.
Gal 4:4: When the set time comes, God sent Jesus to die for our sins.
DISCUSSION
HOW DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE LEVEL GOD'S PLAN FOR HUMANITY?
Psalms 40:5:- They Are Wonderful And Nothing Can Be Compare With It.
Our words as the psalmist says, cannot explain the level of God's plans for us.
Psalms 136:4:- To Him alone does great wonders, His love endures forever.
Psalms 139:17-18:- How precious are your thoughts God, how vast is the sum
Of them. If I were to count them, they would put number the Grains of sand, when I wake up I am still with you.
Jeremiah 29:11 :- God Plans To Prosper You And Not Harm You Plans To Give You Hope And A Future
God knows the future
His plans for us are good and full of hope
If it's God who knows future, is the one with the plan and goes with us.
We have hope, not only hope but boundless hope that we are on the right path.
It does not mean that we will be spared from = (Pains, suffering, and Hardship).
But He will see us through Glorious Conclusion (Amen).
Further Studies:- Romans 8:28 in all things God works for the good of those who love Him , who have been called according to his purpose.
HOW CAN WE APPRECIATE GOD'S PLAN FOR HUMANITY?
Psalms 106:1-2 :- by giving thanks and proclaiming His mighty acts (testimonies)
Psalms 105:1:- Give praise to the Lord; proclaim His name (Evangelism).
Psalms 100:4:- Enter His gate (sanctuary, tabernacle, Temple, House and Heart) with Thanksgiving.
Give thanks to Him and praise His name.
God alone is Worthy to be worship
What is your attitude toward worship?
Do you willingly and joyfully come to Him with thanks.
This psalms tells of God goodness and dependability
Then worship Him with Thanksgiving and praise (Hallelujah).
Psalms 103:2:- Praise God with your entire being.
Your body spirit and soul
Our appreciation must focus on the good things God has done, He is doing and He will do in our lives.
It is easy to complain about life
But when we start to list what God had done (divine forgiveness, divine healing, and divine redemption and divine blessings).
It gives us plenty reason to praise God
No matter how difficult your life journey
You can always count blessing -past, present, and future.
When you feel you have nothing, for which to praise God
Philippines 4:4-7 :- Rejoicing In The Lord Always (At Any Time)
It seems strange that a man in prison (Apostle Paul)
Would be telling God's church to rejoice in the Lord always
Paul attitude teaches us an important lesson
Our inner feelings do not have to reflect our outward circumstances.
Paul was joyful knowing, no matter what happens, Jesus is with him .
HOW DO I GET JOY DESPITE MY OUTWARD CIRCUMSTANCES?
Ultimate joy comes from Christ dwelling with us
The coming of Christ is near; our ultimate goal will be when He comes
WHAT DO YOU THINK MAN SHOULD DO TO ACHIEVE GOD'S PLAN FOR HUMANITY?

According to the book proverbs 3:5-6 says :-
"Trust in the Lord with all your Heart and lean not on your own understanding
In all your ways submit to Him and He will make your path straight.
Leaning - is putting your whole weight on something
Resting on that thing and trusting it will hold you
God is a better judge than we, so let lean on him not our understanding.
Prayers:- Take time each day to devote ourselves to prayers seeking His will
When we pray we have revelation and without revelation
There's no direction.
Allowing God to instruct and teach you in the way you should go (Psalms 32:8)
God long to guide us with love and wisdom.
He offers to teach us the best way to go
Let's accept his advice written in His words Bible.
Don't let our stubbornness keep us from obeying Him.
Psalms 37:4:- Taking delight in the Lord, He will give you your Heart desire.
To delight in some one means to hare great pleasure and joy in God's presence.
It only happen if we know that person well
How deep do u know God?
CONCLUSION
In the stressful and confusing aspect of life, it's sometimes difficult to know God's plans.
The noise and sound of obligation pulling us here and there
But the truth is, God knows what He intends for us
He is in control of our plans (Amen).
