Mission strategy for christians

For a local Church to grow spiritually and physically, these steps are very important to follow especially if your mission field is within your members and community. The mission strategy are as follows ::-

1, Constant Visitation Of Members ,Families And Pray With Them.

   .write the list of all families in your local      church.

   .plan on how you will visit every family         in your local church,whether they are 

    poor ,average or rich, let it be for every        member.

    .when they so k or did not attend                  church  visit them ,pray ,and encourage      them.

   . You can also visit them in group that is,     with your elders.

These actions will make the members of tour church and others feel you are caring and they are important too.

2,   The Phone Numbers Of Every Member Should Be Collected And Written In A Special Book,Even That Of The Visitors.

   .They should be called regularly and ask      how they are doing

   .They should be sent a text message            occasionally to ask of their well being          and also pass them information.

    .On their birthdays they are suppose to         be called and wish the happy birthday.

    .Text and call members that are in                 school and ask of their prayer points           and struggles then pray with them.

3,   Making Flyers, Invitation Cards ,And A Well Crafted Letter Headed Paper For The Local Church.

 .Ask members of the church to invite            people to the church service every                sunday

  .Ask those who invited the new members     to welcome them warmly and the                 church at large .

  .collect their contacts and follow them         up to see how they are doing.

   .The letter headed paper is for the official business of the church.

4,   Always Ask The Congregation For Their Opinion,Feedback On How To Build A More Solid And Functional Church.

   .Opinion:- Let them give their opinions          on what to do to bolster the church.

    .Feedback:- Ask them of the feedback         after a program,or a project done with         the money they contributed.

    .Find a way to do some projects                    together ,I mean with the members. It          makes them feel they are a part of                something.

5,   Train, Empower And Delegate People With Authority To Work.

   .leadership training of the elders and            head of units in the church.

   .Empower them with ideas and skills nth      at will make them exceptional in the            society.

   .Give everybody responsibility and allow      them function in their positions.

   .Encourage the reading of the bible ,bi          local books and Godly articles online         and also research.

6,   Social Media Should Be Created For The Church.

   .Create WhatsApp and Facebook group.

   .Always update and upgrade the            .     group,then inform them constantly.

   .Video or audio sermons should be               posted on the groups for those that             missed.

   .Pass announcement ,invite and                   encourage members through the platform.

Other things you need to consider are::- 

Sound doctrine

Sound and deep sermons

Good church building

Good chairs

Going out on evangelism frequently 

Organize Crusades

Constant prayer and fasting for the growth of the church.

Christ centered. messages

Your focus shouldn't be on making money but saving souls for God and impacting and imparting in them.
